Friendly staff, great location near train station, clean hotel, good breakfast set, helpful with bus schedules

This hotel is in a great location, close to many attractions and a supermarket. the room is a good size and the staff is very kind and helpful. the price is reasonable and the free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch.

The breakfast only offers Japanese-style food with limited options, and not everyone would enjoy it.

During my Easter stay, I was impressed by the great customer service provided by the hotel staff. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to help with any requests. the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city, as it was close to public transportation. Not to mention, the room was equipped with a mini fridge and air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the pillows in the room were too hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

We loved the location of the hotel - it was very convenient and close to all the touristic attractions including Iga Castle & Park and the Ninja Museum, which were just a 10-minute walk away. Furthermore, we were happy to find that there was a convenience store nearby. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, including the coin-operated clothes washing and drying facilities we used. The staff was friendly and even though English was spoken sparingly, they were still very helpful and accommodating.

It was all superb.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and loved it. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was perfect as it was close to the train station and tourist attractions. Had a great breakfast set and there was coin-operated laundry facilities available which was a plus. the room was tidy and easy to maintain.

The bed and room were smaller than what I'm used to. the pillows were too hard and the mattress is a little old.
